Cardross Primary School joined the Eco- schools initiative in 2003. In 2004, thanks to the efforts of the committee and the pupils, we achieved the silver award.Our next goal is the 'Green Flag' award.   Meetings are held at least once per half term and we have pupil representatives from every class.

Spring is here! At last the ground has thawed and  we have started to do some work in our grounds.

Eco Work March 2010

P.5  enjoyed planting a new hedgerow.
P.3  planted some potatoes for the 'Superspud' competition. They also tidied up the flower beds at the front of the school. They were delighted with their efforts. Well done everyone - you did a great job!
Old leaves filled the compost bin.
	We were delighted to receive our new equipment from Morrisons. Thank you to everyone who collected vouchers!
